Pictures are an important role with the ticket system and are actually required for our team to schedule any time at your location. Explaining the details of an issue is awesome, including a picture or 2 along with the description is a huge game changer. It will take our maintenance crew directly to the issue and also shave time off of the correction process.
Always remember to add pictures to the ticket upon submission.
The ticket will not be scheduled and kicked back to the originator if no picture is uploaded.
