1. Go to Maintenance Support | Home

Go to support page and log in to your area

2. Scroll Down to Click on Submit a ticket

Scroll down to bottom right of page, see submit a ticket

Scroll Down to Click on Submit a ticket

3. Subject "Room 4 flooring lifting"

Keep the subject short and sweet, just the room and/or a couple words pertaining to the issue

4. Description

This is where you can get descriptive about the issue and possible scheduling conflicts to think about for when the maintenance team is going to get this remediated.

5. Priority and Class

these items are not necessary to complete on your side, please skip

6. Attach Image/s

Always attach images or a single image to show issue location. this helps when our team is assigned, the ticket will also not be scheduled until a photo is uploaded. 

7. Click on Submit

to submit the ticket, hit submit

Click on Submit

8. Click on My Area

to see list of tickets, statuses and when they are scheduled. 

Click on My Area

9. Click on Room 4 flooring lifting #425

to check tickets scheduled date and time it will be completed by.
